Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Personalized, engraved, or final-sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process:

2. You will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Ship the item according to the instructions provided.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can place a new order and return the previous item following the above process.
